• Oversee daily store operations
• Supervise, train, and motivate technicians with minimal oversight
• Assist customers with recommendations and transactions
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
• Maintain inventory and ensure shop safety
• Operate POS system and manage daily workflow
