Description
Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end recruitment for UAE National positions across various business functions. * Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and identify Emiratization opportunities. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Emirati talent through job portals, referrals, career fairs, universities, and government initiatives. * Conduct candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding coordination. * Develop relationships with universities, Nafis and other government entities to support Emirati hiring programs. * Monitor Emiratization targets and provide regular recruitment reports and market insights. * Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and Emiratization requirements. * Promote DAMAC's employer brand within the UAE National talent market. Qualifications & Experience:  * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. * 4–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with exposure to Emiratization recruitment. * Knowledge of UAE labour laws, Nafis and Emiratization programs. * Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and interviewing skills. * Proficiency in ATS and recruitment systems. * Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
