We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Assistant Park Manager to help oversee daily operations and support the team in the Park Manager’s absence. If you’re customer-focused, results-driven, and ready to embrace a leadership role in a stunning natural setting, this could be your next big move.

As Assistant Park Manager, you’ll support the Park Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring the park runs smoothly and safely. You’ll take charge in their absence and play a key role in maintaining high standards across all areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily park operations and responding to after-hours callouts
• Supporting guest check-ins, reservations, and account handling
• Assisting with budgeting and revenue tracking
• Leading and mentoring staff across departments
• Helping maintain a high standard of park presentation, safety, and compliance
• Contributing to local marketing and guest engagement initiatives
