The endeavor is to continuously keep raising the bar in terms of audit quality, experience for our people, and adoption of better technology. * Candidate should have sound knowledge of tax and regulatory practices having impact on Infrastructure, Government and Hospitality sector.  * Responsibility for building and developing the IGH practice.  * Responsibility in handling client interactions independently and providing tax and regulatory advisory services to the clients.  * Responsibility to handle return filing which includes work commencing from analyzing draft financials, preparation of computation of Income, discussion with the auditors/tax auditors, finalization of the computation of Income, filing up of relevant ITR, uploading the same on income tax website along with preparation of Basis of Preparation.  * Responsibility to handle structuring assignments independently.  * Responsibility to handle assessments before AO, CIT(A), briefing the Sr. Counsel, Sr. Advisors for ITAT appeals etc.  * Responsibility to provide solutions with regards to involvement in IGH sector from FEMA perspective.  * Understanding tax treating and application of relevant opinions/tax returns for the clients operating in IGH sector.  * Accountable for timely delivery of high-quality engagements.  * Coaching and guiding the team members   * Building good rapport and working relationship with key client contacts  * Lead the management in risk compliance, internal reporting and client administration  * Ensuring 100% compliance with firm's internal risk management policies and client administration  * Acument for business development  * Proactively volunteer to take up / lead practice related initiatives viz; technical training sessions, firm events, etc.  Equal employment opportunity information  B S R & Co.
