Job Responsibilities Carry out sample development relating to Supported gloves (liners/Sleeves, etc) Carry out product developments relating to non dipping sports gloves. Carry out product developments relating to dipped sports gloves. Introduce new high performance products to enhance existing product range. Development of Technical Data sheets for all new products. Validation of all products in order to establish knitting parameters before starting of commercial runs. Coordinate with Knitting production department and guide them to achieve target output and quality levels by eliminating causes for rejects. Provide technical information to marketing department on the technical aspects of the knitted products. Implement Kaizens and Lean projects. Person’s Profile BSc Textile Engineering with minimum 4 years experience in knitting industry preferably in a glove manufacturing company or NDT Textile with minimum 7 years experience in knitting industry preferably in a glove manufacturing company. Knowledge on correcting possible defects that may come on knitted liners. Ability to suggest modifications to knitting machines to facilitate new sample developments. Ability to develop liners with functional properties on flat knitting machines from 7G to 21G.
