The Assistant Manager – Process QA will collaborate with suppliers (Contract Manufacturers, PCB Fabricators, Component suppliers) and internal cross-functional teams, including Purchase, Store, Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing to ensure adherence to product requirements. Interpretation of Gerber, BOM, Fab drawing, Assembly Instructions. Knowledge on IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, JDEC033, J-STD-001 standards. Knowledge on SMT, PTH-Wave, Press Fit and Conformal coating processes. Knowledge on DFM/DFA requirements. Interpretation of PCBA/PCB technical queries. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, presentation and report preparation skills.
