You’ll be hands-on on the floor, helping the team deliver great service while ensuring the venue runs smoothly during busy periods. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Leading and taking ownership of shifts, supporting up to 70 team members on roster * Providing direction, coaching and support so team members perform at their best * Supporting daily venue operations across food, beverage and gaming * Delivering excellent guest experiences and customer service * Maintaining strong service standards, venue presentation and atmosphere * Supporting training and development of team members * Assisting with functions, events and busy service periods * Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG and venue licensing requirements * Maintaining strong operational, safety and risk awareness on every shift ABOUT YOU You’re someone who enjoys leading people, working in a busy environment and being part of a team that takes pride in delivering great hospitality.
