SUMMARY:
Responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: prompt and courteous service to all guests, daily store paperwork, addressing safety and maintenance issues, inventory duties and the recruiting and training of new employees. The Assistant Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the facility during an assigned shift or in a manager’s absence.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Team building, management and good communication skills are necessary.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to effectively and positively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and other employees in the organization in the English language. Ability to read, write and comprehend and speak simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in the English language.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide, calculate percentages and discounts. Must be able to understand and perform cash and inventory control procedures and basic accounting functions.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid Texas Driver’s License and TABC license.
