Description

JOIN OUR VIBRANT TEAM AT BRIGHTON’S PREMIER LGBTQIA PUB! THE ACTORS ON PRINCE’S STREET. THIS IS A LIVE IN OPPORTUNITY.

Are you ready to be part of something extraordinary in the heart of Brighton? Our LGBTQIA pub is more than just a place to grab a drink—it’s a thriving community hub featuring a lively bar, an intimate theatre, and a buzzing live radio room and an increasingly busy kitchen. We’re seeking passionate individuals to join us on an exciting growth journey as we continue to celebrate and uplift our diverse community of queer and BIPOC humans.
Located in the vibrant centre of Brighton, this is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a music and community-led environment. Our pub is a blended business where creativity meets hospitality, offering endless opportunities to learn, grow, and make a positive impact and have fun.
We offer a live-in position with the choice of a large room or two small doubles of private space above the pub, with the rent agreement factored into your salary. This unique setup allows you to live and work in the heart of Brighton, fully embracing the dynamic and inclusive atmosphere we foster.
While we have a list of preferred skills, we believe in the power of potential and passion. If you’re eager to learn and grow into responsibility, please express your enthusiasm in your cover letter. We’re looking for a team that truly wants to be here and contribute to our inclusive and dynamic environment.
If you’re enthusiastic about fostering inclusivity, love the arts, and want to be part of a team that champions diversity and creativity, while living in central Brighton, we want to hear from you!
