QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Help resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in menu planning and food preparation, contributing creative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment.
  • Assist with scheduling staff shifts and managing labour costs effectively.
