The Coach and Horses in Markfield has been on an incredible journey over the last year. From a low achieving quiet pub to an award winning, family friendly and well used village pub.
We’re now looking for a star assistant manager to join our well established team.
You’ll be joining a management team who are determined to get The Coach and Horses to it’s very best and are already well on the way to making it happen.
The two most important parts of our business are our wonderful customers and our hardworking team.
We need someone with incredible people skills, we’re talking top notch, out of this world, mind-blowing people skills. This alongside organisational skills, ambition and people management are the four factors that are key to success in this role.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a young pub company with big plans to grow.
Your role will be exciting, no day is ever the same here! Your days will vary between working front facing on service and working on the cogs that make the machine work, behind the scenes.
Industry experience and high standards are essential for this role. We’re looking for someone who loves pubs as much as us, knows how the game works and is in this for the long haul. Someone who wants to be at the start of what is going to be an amazing journey and can see themselves progressing into the role of general manager. We can share everything we know and are happy to facilitate external training- including getting your personal license.
