THE ROLE:

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll be the maestro behind the scenes, orchestrating a symphony of tasks that ensure our operations run as smoothly as our finest wines. You’ll be in the thick of it all, handling everything from bookings to admin, with the grace of a seasoned performer and the precision of a tactician.

KEY DUTIES:

• Bookings Mastery: Become the gatekeeper of our reservations, managing and optimizing bookings to ensure every guest feels like a VIP.
• Admin Artistry: Handle administrative duties with a touch of creativity, ensuring the backend of our operations supports the frontline’s dazzle.
• Team Leadership: Lead by example, providing hands-on support to our team, fostering an environment of growth, respect, and enthusiasm.
• Customer Magic: Be the face of memorable experiences, handling guest queries with a blend of professionalism and personal touch that makes all the difference.
• Operational Wizardry: Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring every service, spoon, and smile is in perfect harmony.

Pay: £25,218.00-£32,074.00 per year
