Ensure adequate employee coverage at all times while managing overtime and payroll expenses. Encourage positive employee morale. Supervise the work of assigned employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Train and instruct employees in job duties and company policies. Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments to employees. Participate in the work of the assigned bank. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems, and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. Grow DDAs to accomplish annual net DDA goals.
