The Fox & Hounds is a popular food led pub situated in Barnston. It has a great reputation for offering a wide range of real ales, great wines and serving top quality dishes prepared using the finest of fresh locally sourced produce.

We’re now looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working ASSISTANT MANAGER to join the team and help drive the Fox forward. If you thrive off a busy working environment and are both a strong leader as well as a team player, then this could be the role for you.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

A positive assistant manager with an outgoing personality, bags of enthusiasm and a genuine love of people & pubs, so not much!
Previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential as we know you’ll have the attitude and work ethos we’re looking for. Some experience of managing people is also essential, as it’s a big team and within a short space of time they’ll be looking to you for direction and guidance.
