The Shrewsbury Arms is a busy pub and restaurant with a small hard working team. The role of assistant manager is key within our business so we need someone that can bring bundles of energy and enthusiasm to the table, providing first class operational support to our General Managers deputising in their absence and assisting then successful running of our pub.
The position is for full time hours which includes evenings and weekends. You will be managing shifts, overseeing our front of house and kitchen team, supporting with stock and cellar management.
Essential training will be provided along with options to take part in additional learning.
