We are looking for a hands-on, self-motivated, passionate and energetic Junior Assistant Manager with the ability to respond quickly to daily business requirements. You must thrive on leading by example and developing the team at the same time. Working under the guidance of the Managers to set the standards and grow the business delivering the perfect shift. The Role:
. Report directly to the Managers
. Customer Service- Deliver superior customer service and experience in all aspects of guest experience.
. Setting the Standards- Motivating and leading the team, guiding them in efficiently operating their departments ensuring the bar and restaurant is set to the highest standards.
.Team Performance- Ensure the team members reach their full potential through on going training, evaluation, listening and coaching.
Skills Required:
. Casual Dining Experience
.Fast pacer experience
. Fluent in English
. Passionate
. Working Knowledge of beers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
