JOB SUMMARY

We are small pub, near to the countryside, just off the M42. We are Canal side and we have commitment from brewery for a large investment/refurb next year. Were looking for an charasmatic, driven individual to work alongside Manager/Head Chef to push the business and strive for a great drinking and dining experience for our guests.
With Input on all rota, staffing, standards, practices ect you could have a real impact in this business. Could be the perfect growing role towards a GM role or a perfect step up for the right individual.

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the business, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and train staff
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
• Provide leadership to the team, encouraging collaboration and effective communication.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support the implementation of promotional activities to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
• To work alongside the Chefs with Menu development (throw ideas in the hat, taste test ect)
