QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong culinary skills, including food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant or kitchen.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.
  • Help with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
  • Train new staff members on operational procedures and standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menu items that enhance guest experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
