About the Role
Join Thérapie Clinic as an Assistant Clinic Manager and be part of Europe’s fastest-growing Medical Aesthetic Clinic. In this role, you’ll contribute to providing flexible work arrangements and a five-star service to our clients. Requirements

  • Operations Expertise with Sales Drive, experience in operations and a strong background in driving sales.
  • Proven track record of delivering on KPI’s – structure, organizational skills, and time management are key.
  • Management experience with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Exemplifies a consistently positive and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a supportive and uplifting atmosphere within the team and towards clients.
  • Demonstrates a genuine interest and empathy towards others, cultivating strong interpersonal connections and rapport with both colleagues and clients.
  • Actively collaborates and communicates effectively within the team, demonstrating reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to assist others to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Driven by a passion for sales excellence, consistently exceeding targets through proactive engagement, strategic planning, and a thorough understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Fluent in English.
  • ITEC, CIBTAC, or equivalent beauty qualifications such as NVQ 3 advantage but not required
