Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and maintaining the integrity of the POS system.
  • Ensure adherence to food handling and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
