We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Assistant Park Manager to support daily operations and help lead the team in the Park Manager’s absence. If you’re results-driven, customer-focused, and ready to take the next step, this role could be your perfect fit.

As Assistant Park Manager, you’ll support the Park Manager in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the property. You’ll take the lead in their absence and play a key role in driving team performance and guest satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily park operations and responding to after-hours callouts
• Supporting guest check-ins, reservations, and account handling
• Assisting with budgeting and revenue tracking
• Leading and mentoring staff across departments
• Helping maintain a high standard of park presentation, safety, and compliance
• Contributing to local marketing and guest engagement initiatives
