KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct store level analysis to support the Cluster Manager and work with stores and DTC FO Trading Team on clear action plans deriving from analysis: -
o Store KPIs e.g. CR, ATV
o Bestseller stock supply
o Black Holes/Slow sellers/Aged inventory sell through and display
o Fragmented stock/size curves
o Inventory levels and replenishment settings
o Product related KPIs e.g., Tops to bottoms. Socks to shoes, division shares
o Range and inventory quality
o Price level sell through analysis
o Ad hoc analysis as requested
Own maintenance of Store Action Tracker and ensure fulfillment of store product requests
