GTS Client Services (CS) Assistant Manager in Vietnam is responsible for proactively managing trade transactions under his/her clients' porfolio, and providing excellent customers services for trade clients. Key Responsibilities The job holder is responsible for: Ensures daily transactions are running smoothly and meet bank service standards. Control the operations within service standard and provide supervisory to team to achieve business operating objectives, GTS following Group’s policy and procedures and local regulations Contributes to the improvement of operation process Provide excellent services to customers Mentor/train other junior colleagues to deliver all business objectives in a sustainable manner Proactively builds up good relationship with stakeholders through daily communication, events and entertainment activities Expands knowledge by attending online courses, training courses, cross learning etc. provided by the Bank."
