About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Transportation Shuttle to join the resort’s Transportation Shuttle team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Supervise the scheduling and dispatching of hotel vehicles for guest transfers, airport pickups, and special events. * Ensure all transportation services are delivered punctually and professionally. * Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and cleanliness standards. * Lead and manage chauffeurs, drivers, and transportation coordinators. * Conduct regular training on service standards, safety protocols, and guest handling. * Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback. * Ensure personalized and seamless transportation experiences for VIPs, groups, and individual guests. * Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests related to transportation. * Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events teams for transportation arrangements. * Liaise with external transportation providers and rental companies as needed. * Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service logs. * Assist in budgeting and cost control for transportation services. * Ensure all vehicles and drivers comply with local transportation regulations and hotel policies. * Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met * Conduct regular safety checks and audits. * Maintain insurance and licensing documentation for all vehicles and drivers. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in hotel transportation or limousine services, with supervisory responsibilities. * Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest handling. * Valid driver’s license and familiarity with local traffic laws. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
