Role Purpose: The purpose of the treasury administrator is to provide support to the SSA treasury team relating to the operational activities for the region. Designation: Assistant Manager - Treasury - Global Service Centre Base Location: Navi Mumbai Reporting to: GSC Finance Head – Tax Reporting & Compliance - Global Service Centre Key Role Responsibilities: Liaising with SSA Treasury team to provide support to the SSA treasury team relating to the operational activities for the region and provide any assistance that is required on an ad hoc basis Kyriba – Monthly Database Maintenance and Monthly Reporting * Maintain and upload monthly facility schedules requested/ received from Banks and Business units within SSA region onto Kyriba and SSA Treasury Folder * Using monthly facility schedules provided by Banks and Business units, create, maintain and update all short and long-term facilities (facility values, utilisation at month-end, interest rates, start dates, maturity dates, security provided) on Kyriba * Maintain and upload all facility letters for all short and long-term facilities on Kyriba * Update and provide a monthly consolidated report of all short and long-term facilities (facility values, utilisation at month-end, interest rates, start dates, maturity dates, security provided) to SSA Treasury * Maintain and upload copies of all Bank Guarantees, Corporate Guarantees and Letters of Comfort on Kyriba * Maintain and update values for outstanding Bank Guarantees, Corporate Guarantees and Letters of Comfort on Kyriba * Provide a consolidated report of all short and long-term facilities to SSA Treasury * Upload and maintain latest company statutory documents and Resolutions * Maintain and upload Bank account registry for all Business units on Kyriba Cash Management – Daily Duties * Download bank balances from various banking platforms * Upload bank account balances to treasury management system * Retrieve and update daily FX rates received from treasury management system and share with relevant stakeholders * Capture/ Upload daily cash management files/ schedules into banking systems for payment execution. * Check Treasury email server for bank statements and save onto SSA Treasury folder * Check Treasury email server for bank deal confirmations and save onto SSA Treasury folder * Check Treasury email server for bank interest statements and save onto SSA Treasury folder * Check Treasury email server for bank commitment fee invoices and save onto SSA Treasury folder Preparation of ALCO Packs * Taking the minutes of the meeting, * Obtaining required schedules and inputs from CFOs across the Market Access businesses * Providing a detailed breakdown of all foreign exchange exposure (Trade, Loans & Leases), cash resources & bank facilities across Africa, monitoring of all intercompany loans, monitoring of foreign currency reserves per country as well as coordinating all action points from previous meetings * New proposals with the various Finance Executives from Market Access Monthly Facilities Reporting * Obtaining debt schedules from various business units across Market Access and Logistics * Consolidate facilities and ensure information obtained agrees to financial reporting DP World Treasury Applications * Obtain directive from the Treasury Manager and / or SSA Treasurer on new applications to be executed on the DP World Treasury Platform * Obtain supporting documents from relevant team across the business and ensure all documents listed on the checklist have been obtained * Escalate any delays to the SSA treasurer and / or Treasury Manager * Track applications and ensure all updates are clearly communicated. Skills & Competencies: * Minimum of 3 years in a treasury position, either back or middle office * Very high Proficiency in MS Office Applications, particularly Excel and Word * A very high level of proficiency and hands-on experience with Kyriba is mandatory * Good communication skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
