This is a full-time and permanent position based in our Singapore office.     Key responsibilities:   Primary scope of assisting new business onboarding at Business Development (BD) and effective transition to Trust Relationship Management (TRM) Assist BD in communicating and liaising with intermediaries/clients for onboarding purposes Engagement with 2 significant counterparts of TRM to effect smooth transition of PW solutions’ life cycle from onboarding to TRM; and Compliance to ensure that commercial activities and new business onboarding comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies and standards Managing end-to-end process in the establishment of Trust, including: Initial invoicing and fee recognition Review KYC information and documents for new client/intermediary onboarding purpose Prepare and review Trust establishment documents Incorporate or transfer Trust underlying company (ies) Ensure necessary company and regulatory filings are completed Ensure Trust documents are saved in data system Assist in initial opening bank accounts Assemble Trust kits for clients Prepare handover of structures to TRM team Co-ordinating and assisting in marketing activities / seminars Assist in assembling and maintaining of marketing materials Assist in preparation of regular or ad-hoc Group or Regional business reports Conduct ad hoc trainings to Shared Service Center   Key requirements:   STEP Diploma professional certification would be an advantage At least 4-6 years of relevant working experience Organized, meticulous, pro-active Well-developed interpersonal skills and strong relationship management skills Strong work ethics, professional, approachable, results oriented Knowledge of the trust regulatory and compliance regime     Company Benefits:   At our Singapore office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
