Experience: 6+ years Job Description: * Extensive experience with Figma tool for UI/ UX Designing concepts. * Experience with animation and video enhancements. * Experience with any UI frontend technology i.e. ReactJS/ Angular, is good to have. * Expert knowledge in UI Designing principles and standard practices. * Strong knowledge on responsive and mobile UI design * Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies * Well versed using design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma etc. * Open-minded, hardworking, collaborative, and passionate. * Ability to analyze an application and transform the design to make it simple and easy to use. * Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision. * Experience in understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap etc. is a plus. Responsibilities * Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design. * Create design systems, design libraries and assets. * Collaborate with UX designers and other respective team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience * Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. * Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
