Job Description The Assistant Uniform Operations Manager supervises the department's staff and operations Job Responsibilities: Acting as Manager on Duty (MOD) Maintaining day to day operations for the department Conducting employee evaluations and counseling Resolving departmental challenges Monitoring, scheduling and assisting employees Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Embroidery, embossing and engraving skills preferred Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette Excellent leadership, training and scheduling skills Experience in a large Resort/Convention hotel preferred 21 years of age or older Ability to communicate effectively in English (speaking, writing and reading) Neat, well-groomed appearance Capable of working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Supervisory experience Uniform operations and experience with unions preferred Working knowledge of computer applications Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment Additional Information Wynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
