About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves hospitality, understands premium service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll run the day-to-day operation, lead the team on shift, and make sure every guest leaves feeling special.

As part of our opening team, you'll play an important role in getting us up and running, helping to establish our service standards, develop the team and ensure a smooth opening period.

• You'll work closely with the owner and General Manager to shape the service style, develop the team, and help build a venue that becomes a local favourite. You'll take responsibility for leading the venue in their absence.
