Responsibility to conduct plastic parts inspections (preforms & closures) All aspects of an organization's total quality function. Execute a professional & standardized inspection plan with associated documentation (i.e. dimensional, performance, weight and visual CTQ features require highest level of controls throughout the manufacturing and inspection process to ensure conformance to specifications Assure that our inspection strategy are well documented and globally aligned In addition, you will interact with our operation team members, as well as Quality Analyst to determine root cause of potential quality issues and support corrective and preventive action implementation Plan, conduct, and monitor the test, and inspecting the products to ensure its quality Work closely together with project engineering, quality & test team to secure information & project flow. Make documentation of internal audits and quality assurance activities Review & analysis of inspection data Maintain laboratory tidiness & organization.
