ASSISTANT MANAGER / VEHICLE TECHNICIAN – STOCKTON

Location: Stockton
Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 basic + bonus (OTE £42,000+)
Hours: 5-day work week, no Sundays

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing motor aftersales company in Stockton. We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Vehicle Technician to join our team. If you have a strong background in customer-facing roles within the automotive sector, this could be the perfect fit for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead customer service efforts, ensuring a top-quality experience for all clients.
• Assist in the workshop when required, especially during busy periods.
• Oversee MOTs, service, repairs, tyres, and brakes.
• Work alongside a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations.
