Commitment to the overall development of an employee through comprehensive learning & development framework Role Purpose Responsible for leading field verification and ensuring applications are decisioned within credit guidelines, leading a large team of FTE and NFTE resources spread within assigned regions, managing approx. annual volumes,  ensuring processes are running above SLA accuracies and TAT. The role is also responsible for driving adoption of initiatives for process improvements, automation and digitization within assigned regions  Role Accountability  1. Lead Regional Verification and ensure Agencies are decisioning applications within credit guidelines, track agency performance viz number of errors and TAT, monitor adherence of grids as per SLA  2. Prepare agency payouts and ensure they are in line with the business P & L and cost model and ensure billing within defined timelines 3. Monitor Verifiable Accounts Per Executive as per MOU and aligning the same with the regional set-ups; Track and generate MIS of region  4. Identify and develop channel partners to create effective field force as per the required capacity 5. Perform due diligence on agencies spread across geographies to ensure adherence to laid down verification process mechanism  6. Drive First time right strategy across region  7. Conduct surprise field audits, drive 100% accurate GEO-Tagging Process Audit for the zone 8. Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence Measures of Success  1. Verification Process Accuracy % as per Credit Guideline 2. Regional TAT P90 uploads as per agreed TAT 3. FTE/NFTE Productivity 4. Back check accuracy % 5. Geographical Coverage % as per MOU 6. Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications 1. Credit Card knowledge along with good understanding of Credit Processes 2.
