Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee all areas of hotel operations, ensuring high standards across both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
This role has a working week of:
30 hours

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel
  • Supervise and motivate a team of approximately 15 staff across reception, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
  • Ensure smooth running of daily operations, maintaining efficiency and high service standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
  • Help implement and improve procedures to enhance performance, team productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless communication and operations
  • Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
