Job Description To supervise warehouse Operations, Inbound and Outbound teams in Warehouse to achieve smooth functioning and running of all warehouse concerning activities. Able to follow standard operating procedures and work in a methodical and tidy manner. Having a comprehensive understanding of inventory management techniques, inventory methods and procedures. Analyse and improve OTIF - (On time Delivery in Full) to fulfil customer satisfactory. Study on picking and loading strategy and ensuring efficiency of both processes in Warehouse day-to-day operations. To manage stock accuracy in finish good warehouse by hitting SKU& value accuracy level.  Organize weekly cycle count in Warehouse to ensure stock accuracy are maintain consistently. Organize daily bin accuracy maintenance in Warehous, update and publish result on timely basis. Review & improve process of stock take to ensure proper cut off & reconciliation of result accuracy. Lead & implement safety awareness in finish good warehouse. Routine & refreshing activities in work flow regarding top 5 hazards by conducting weekly tool box meeting by the team. Job Requirement Minimum of 5 years experience in warehousing especially in inventory management and operations processes.
