Assistant Manager– Warehouse Graduate in Science / Commerce /Pharmacy and Diploma in Materials Management preferable experience in Pharmaceutical regulatory approved company. 8 -10 years of Pharmaceutical Warehouse SAP Microsoft Excel Good communication skills Position is for carrying out all the Warehouse related activities as per schedule with desired quality ensuring EHS/ cGMP and regulatory requirements. Also to ensure the upkeep and optimum utilization of Warehouse equipment’s, living Group’s Values and Code of Ethics. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Receipt & Issue of RM/PM and Dispatch of FG Plan and execute activities related to receipt & Issue of raw and packing materials and Dispatch of Finished Goods as per SOP with optimum utilization of resources. Co-ordinate Co-ordinate with Finance, Quality, Supply chain and Procurement and execute necessary steps involved in receipts viz, making of GRNs, Sampling, PO amendments & PO release etc.….. Co-ordinate with Engineering Dept. for Equipment maintenance & other related activities purpose for smooth running warehouse. Manage team of Warehouse for achieving the daily, short term and long term targets. Co-ordinate with Global counterpart of establishing warehousing activity as per Global directives of warehousing and logistic. Warehouse Maintenance Implement global warehousing standards and ensure compliance for GMP and HSE requirements. Initiate engineering related work orders in HANA and ensure all get to done on time to time. Statutory Compliances Ensure compliance to statutory audit requirements and physical stock verification. Material Planning Maintain the material receipt area to achieve continuous flow of incoming materials. Track the receipts as per the delivery schedule provided by Supply chain. Coordinate with supplier and approve delivery schedule. Manage inventory record, stock keeping and routine provisioning and cleaning of Blocked or dead inventory. GMP requirements Ensure day-to-day cleaning and housekeeping activities as per the SOP. Other Identifying and correcting unsafe conditions or behaviors and promptly reporting other potentially hazardous situations. Carry out destruction of old Warehouse records as per SOP and perform fixed assets mgmt. Carrying out any other assignments or projects as per the instruction of the Dept.
