We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to handling finished goods and raw materials to fulfil orders and then making deliveries and shipments on time to the relevant parties accurately, while maintaining its quality standards. These processes will take place with the coordination of team members. Stock maintenance is another aspect that has to be handled. Key Responsibilities: Delivery Follow Ups – where shipments are being followed up. During the daily delivery meeting the commitments that should be adhered to with the production aspect will be issued. On time delivery hand over and getting into discussion with the commercial team to obtain the approval status and handover times of goods. Final inspection handling where the final inspection of goods must be handled on time, it also must be monitored in order to classify if the goods have passed or failed. Capacity working during central packing operation by determining if there is enough storage capacity and if the capacity plan is achievable, else a plan B should be created. A storage capacity plan should be made for the next 2 weeks. Knowledge and Skills: Degree in Physical Science. 4‐ 5 years of related work experience which includes experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager - Warehousing will handle finished goods and raw materials to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries. They will also manage stock maintenance and coordinate with team members for efficient operations.
