Requirements 6+ months of restaurant industry experience, preferably in a supervisory or shift-lead role. Strong knowledge of food safety procedures, restaurant operations, and P&L management. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams at all levels. Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training, and performance management. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Understanding of employment laws (federal, state, and local). Ability to stand for extended periods and travel locally as needed. Be able to lift up to 50lbs Create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions Be able to work outside for prolonged periods, in all weather conditions Use of standard restaurant equipment (headsets, registers, grills) and adherence to brand guidelines. College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
