Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

You’ll help run the show with the Restaurant General Manager – from keeping operations smooth, building & supporting a top-tier team and making sure every customer walks out smiling (and full). This is a pivotal role for a driven, hands-on leader who’s ready to make an impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support & Lead – Lead and motivate your team of Shift Leaders and Crew Members to serve up top-notch customer service, keep things running smoother than a fresh Frosty, and make every shift a success.
  • Drive Excellence – Keep the standards sky-high by putting company policies into action and making sure food quality, service, and operations exceed expectations.
  • Community Connections – Be the friendly face that brings the neighborhood in! Build real relationships and create a welcoming vibe that shows off what Wendy’s is all about.
  • Safety & Compliance – Keep it cool and by the book - Support WHS practices, train your team up right, and make sure everyone’s playing safe and follow the food and workplace safety standards in the kitchen and on the floor.
  • Recruit & Train – Spot the star team members, bring them on board, and help them shine. You’ll build a crew that’s as passionate about great food and service as you are.
  • Manage Costs & Quality – Keep an eye on food quality and costs to make sure every customer gets a delicious deal, without tipping over the budget.
  • Support Growth – Team up with the Restaurant General Manager to hit goals, solve challenges, and keep the momentum going as we grow Wendy’s the Aussie way.
