The Medical Office Assistant greets and prepares patients for visits, updates electronic medical records, and helps coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care. Responsibilities include supporting patient education, answering questions in a clear and respectful manner and ensuring a welcoming and efficient clinic environment. The role also involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to clinic protocols and safety standards.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact respectfully with diverse patients and care teams.


  • Proficiency in Medical Terminology and foundational knowledge of Medicine to support accurate documentation and effective provider assistance.
