GUEST EXPERIENCE:

  • Ensure seamless coordination between hotel and restaurant operations for a cohesive guest experience.
  • Address and resolve guest issues, striving to exceed expectations and encourage repeat business.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a dual hospitality management role (hotel and restaurant) is highly preferred.
  • Strong background in guest services, with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitality software systems (Zonal, Table Management) is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth workflows.
  • Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to maintain high operational standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
