Job Description Job Description : Enterprise Ops (Dynamics365 F&O) Role Description As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Engineer, you will play a key role in enabling and maintaining enterprise ERP capabilities. You will be responsible for delivering scalable technical solutions, supporting system integrations, managing deployment pipelines, and troubleshooting issues in live environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and business growth. This role is ideal for an innovative, detail-oriented, and analytical individual who is passionate about building and supporting robust ERP systems. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively across technical and business teams. Roles & Responsibilities This role will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Manage the development, deployment, Power Apps and lifecycle of D365 F&O solutions across environments (Development, UAT, Stage, and Production). Design and implement secure D365 role-based access (roles, duties, privileges, and permissions). Support business process owners with analysis, design, and configuration for financial modules including AP, AR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Product Information Management, Subscription Billing, System Administration and Procurement. Troubleshoot integration and performance issues and propose effective remediation plans. Lead enhancements, defect corrections, and feature rollouts using Microsoft Azure DevOps pipelines. Develop and maintain integrations and customizations using X++, SSRS, Workflows, Electronic Reporting and ETL frameworks. Provide subject matter expertise in database structures, queries, and performance optimization related to ERP. Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Create and maintain deployment documentation and configuration change logs. Proactively identify areas for automation and optimization within ERP systems and business processes. Stay up to date with D365 ecosystem changes and relevant emerging technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure services). Qualifications B.E/ B.Tech/ M.C.A/ M.B.A or equivalent experience
