JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Business whilst reporting to the Business Manager. The position involves learning a permanent managerial role through on-the-job training, assisting with leadership duties, and developing key skills like team development, customer service, and operational compliance. The role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and focuses on building the skills and knowledge necessary to transition into a full-time Business management position. This key leadership role will drive operational efficiency, ensure the achievement of budget and profit targets, and oversee a range of activities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong operational management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for financial performance.
