Description
The KPMG Global Services (KGS) MC is looking for dynamic, high-energy, and high-performing individuals to be a part of the exciting journey.   Roles & Responsibilities: Talent and Succession Planning Functional Consultant * Responsible for configuration and testing of Workday Talent and Succession Planning modules  * Responsible for Goals Configuration, Employee review, Talent and Careers, Feedback, Competency Framework, Performance/Talent Calibration  * Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements * Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies * Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer PAAS Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation. * Provide domain expertise regarding key business process decisions related to industry and/or functional areas   Must-Have Certifications * Workday HCM Core  * Workday Talent and Succession Planning Experience & Background  * BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university. * Candidate should have 7+ years of experience in IT * Professional Experience of at least 4 years in implementing or supporting Workday. * Has completed at least 2 end to end Workday implementation as a Core HCM/ Talent and Succession Planning consultant   Required Skills/Experience: * Must Have reporting and Business Process configuration experience * Understands and ensure security and data privacy standards * Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level * Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Talent and Succession Planning for global rollouts  * Highly self-motivated and detail oriented Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills    Preferred Skills/Experience: * Experience/Certification on EM / PM, Compensation, Recruitment, Learning is an added advantage * Good to have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation. * Possess knowledge of localization and legal requirements in NA and UK. 
Responsibilities
The role involves acting as a Functional Consultant responsible for the configuration and testing of Workday Talent and Succession Planning modules, including goals, performance reviews, and talent calibration. Responsibilities also include client deliverables of medium-high complexity, gathering business requirements, and managing tenant builds and support.
