Spanian’s Kebabs is on the lookout for a leader to help lead the crew in Wyong. This isn’t just about slinging feeds — we need someone who can keep the team firing, the food top-notch, and the vibe strong.

• Running shifts and keeping service smooth from open to close
• Leading and motivating crew members (front counter + kitchen)
• Serving up kebabs, sides, and sauces to the highest standard
• Training new staff and setting the pace on shift
• Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and compliant with safety & hygiene standards
• Jumping on the grill, POS, or dish station when needed — leading by example
• Handling basic admin tasks like checklists, stock levels, and cash handling
