REQUIREMENTS

We’re now hiring an Assistant Manager for XOYO, Birmingham to bring experiences to life within our Digbeth based venue. As one of our Assistant Managers you’ll…..

  • Assist with overall management of the music venue including managing various events, both live and club orientated
  • Recruit and train our bar staff team, ensuring everyone is meeting the standards set by management for service and cleanliness for the venue
  • Stock manage; carrying out weekly stocktakes in-house and monthly with an external company. Ensuring all orders are completed on time and stock is rotated
  • Oversee cellar management; keeping up with the maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring everything is stored safely
  • Programme in-house events
  • Build relationships with corporate businesses to ensure we’re the first-choice location for their events!
