Cronulla, we’re coming! Join our new venue as Assistant Manager. Lead a dynamic team and create an unforgettable experience!
As the leader of the pack, you’ll keep things running smoothly, from making sure customers leave with big smiles to guiding an awesome team. You’ll handle the day-to-day, keep the venue sparkling, and make sure everything’s running like a dream. Plus, you’ll manage inventory, KPIs, and the venue’s P&L.

Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.

Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.

Day to day inventory management and stock control.

Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.

Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.

Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.

Responsible for venue P&L management.
