OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at the Canonbury Tavern. This high-volume site demands a proactive individual who is ready to step up and manage operations in the absence of the General Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in Selima and Stocklink.
  • Familiarity with maintenance systems, particularly Pronet.
  • Strong leadership skills and a commitment to developing team members.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can embody the spirit of the Canonbury Tavern, serving as a strong support to the General Manager and fostering a positive team environment

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal performance in the General Manager’s absence.
  • Manage orders and stock levels efficiently using our systems.
  • Utilize knowledge of our payroll system, Selima, and stock management system, Stocklink.
  • Assist with maintenance operations through our maintenance system, Pronet.
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the General Manager, maintaining standards and ensuring smooth operations.
