VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a dynamic individual to support global youth recruitment initiatives across Vodafone. Based in Pune, this role serves as the first point of contact for local markets, managing end-to-end pre-screening and coordination activities for youth programmes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes. What you will do Source fresh talent for youth programmes across Vodafone's global markets Evaluate CVs, online assessments, and video applications Coordinate with local talent teams to organise assessment centres and candidate communications Conduct weekly stakeholder meetings to align recruitment strategies Deliver data-driven insights and regular reporting to support hiring decisions Leverage digital HR tools including AI, robotics, and automation Drive process improvements and contribute to shaping global youth programmes Act as a knowledge resource and coordinate task allocation within the team Who you are Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented and proactive in resolving escalations Experienced in recruitment, with at least 3 years in the field and exposure to international hiring Proficient in tools such as SuccessFactors, HireVue, and Panorama Skilled in data reporting and assessment centre facilitation Not a Perfect Fit?
