ASSISTANT MANAGER | HORSHAM | FASHION RETAIL | £26,000 + BONUS

Zachary Daniels are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager for a fashion retail store with a well known brand. You will ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the retail store are managed effectively and support the Store Manager. You will be creating a fun and exciting environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service every day!

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:

• Proven experience in retail, ideally in roles such as Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Background in the fashion or accessories sector, with a keen understanding of industry trends and customer preferences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and budgets effectively, driving improvements in store performance.
• A history of successfully driving sales and achieving performance goals.
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires team members to reach their full potential.
• Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• A proactive approach to advancing store performance and contributing to overall business success.
  The ideal candidate will be a self motivated, hands on team player with previous exposure to working in retail environment. You must be prepared to lead your team from the front during peak times.
