We’re on the lookout for an energetic and ambitious Assistant Manager to help lead the launch of a brand-new lifestyle retail store in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a new store opening, supporting the Store Manager and building a winning team from the ground up.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a customer-focused retail environment
• A proven track record of supporting sales, service and people management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude with the confidence to lead a team
• Passion for delivering great customer service and achieving targets
• Experience in new store openings is a bonus, but not essential
